This is reflected by my fully personalised fitness plans, which are 100% adapted to the sport that you do (if you do one), have an emphasis on continuous support and are designed to help you achieve your personal goals.
My passion for lifting stems from always challenging and pushing myself to improve. I focus on fairly traditional lifting splits, proper lifting programming, mobility work, and most importantly, proper diet.
Going to the gym is the easy part. knowing what to do when you get there and what to be eating the other 23 hours of the day is the hard part. I am here to help you with that. I ask for serious inquiries and United States/Canada based clients only for the time being.
