All our orders are shipped from within the UK.
Is a signature required?
Postal service may occasionally require it and if you are not at home the postal service will leave a card to advise you to pick up the parcel from your local post office.
How should I take care of my watch?
- Regularly clean your band and wrist – especially after working out or sweating. Rinse the band with water or wipe it with a small amount of rubbing alcohol. Do NOT use hand soap, body soap, dish soap, hand sanitisers, cleaning wipes or household cleaners, which could get trapped beneath the band and irritate skin. Always dry the band well before putting it back on.
- To remove build-up of lotions and oils (such as sunscreen, insect repellent and moisturisers) that can be trapped beneath the band, we recommend that you use a soap-free cleanser like Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser or Aquanil, rinse thoroughly and dry well.
- For tough spots, stains or build-up on your band, scrub with a wet, soft-bristled toothbrush.
Return/Exchange and Cancellations
Cancellations
Items can be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase with no specific reason.
Returns/Exchanges
We do not offer returns unless the items are faulty. In that case, the item will be exchanged with an identical product.
