Pablo Garcia, the founder of “MyGoalPhysique” is a Risk Management Masters level student at De Montfort University in Leicester, England.

Ever since having started his fitness journey when he was just 13 years old, Pablo has never stopped studying the science of fitness and nutrition.

When he is not busy studying or creating a new cooking recipe, Pablo is most often seen coaching people online and at his local gyms.
