ORDER CANCELLATION
You have 24 hours after the purchase of an order to cancel the order and be refunded for your purchase. This is subject to the processing status of the order.
NOTE
For deliveries in the UK, My Goal Physique liaises with different suppliers, which employ different carriers. As such, delivery times may vary. Some of the items are purchased directly from suppliers. Other products are booked for us by our brand partners or ordered from the suppliers after the sale of the item, dependent on the number of placed orders.
Please contact us if you would like to know the approximate delivery time of any product that you are interested in.
DELIVERY TIMES
Express Shipping (Worldwide & UK): This is our default shipping and delivery method for all our products unless stated differently. Once your payment is authorized and verified, it will take one to five business days to process your order. After the 1 to 5 business day order processing time, items usually take between an estimated 7-15 business days to 7-20 business days, to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time depending on your shipping destination and product origin. Our processing and delivery times are just an estimate and don’t include weekends or holidays.
UK Express-Delivery (Exclusive to UK-Premium Store Only): For the UK Premium Store, after the 1 to 2 business days order processing time, items usually take between an estimated 1-3 business days to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time depending on your shipping destination, external circumstances, carrier and supplier.
Kindly note that the express delivery service within the UK Premium-Delivery Store is exclusive to UK customers. Placing an overseas order through this store will result in your item following our standard order processing and delivery times stated at the beginning of this section.

ORDER TRACKING
Depending on the supplier that we use to fulfill your order, your delivery may be tracked. If so, we will automatically email you a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
If your item is not tracked, you will not receive any tracking number. However, if you would like to know the current status of your order, please contact us and we will update you on such.
