Where is my order being shipped from?

We source our inventory from several locations including the US, Europe, and Asia. We do this as to keep our inventory affordable, varied, and up to date with the latest trends.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday-Friday.

Express Shipping Delivery Times

This is our default shipping and delivery method for all our products unless stated differently. After the 1 to 5 business days order processing time, items usually take between an estimated 7-15 business days to 7-20 business days business days, to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time depending on your shipping destination and product origin.

Express-Delivery (Exclusive to UK-Premium Store Only)

After the 1 to 2 business days order processing time, orders can take between 1-3 business days, to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time depending on your shipping destination and product origin. 

Kindly note that the express shipping service within the UK Premium-Shipping Store is exclusive to UK customers. Placing an overseas order through this store will result in your item following our standard order processing and delivery times.

I would like to change my items ordered, what should I do?

Amending your order is allowed on or before 11:59pm (UTC) on the same day from the order being placed. You may contact us via team@mygoalphysique.com to request for change. This is subject to the processing status of the order.

Are all orders tracked?

Depending on the supplier that we use to fulfill your order, your delivery may be tracked. If so, we will automatically email you a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

If your item is not tracked, you will not receive any tracking number. However, if you would like to know the current status of your order, please contact us and we will update you on such.

Is a signature required?

Depending on the type of delivery used, postal service may occasionally require it and if you are not at home the postal service will leave a card to advise you to pick up the parcel from your local post office.
